✅ Eligible Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging is intact

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The item is not a clearance, final sale, or customized order

Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used, assembled, or altered items

  • Custom-made or special order items

  • Mattresses and bedding (unless unopened and in original packaging)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts


💸 Return Process

  1. Request a return by contacting us at [support@novafurnituremall.ca] within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll guide you through the process and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

  4. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees.


📦 Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned furniture, depending on the item and condition.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange pickup at no extra cost to you


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • Packaging and product shots

We’ll work quickly to resolve it — either with a replacement, repair, or refund.


🛋️ Exchange Policy

Need something else instead? We offer store credit on eligible returns so you can shop again with confidence.


🧾 Important Notes

  • Returns must be authorized in advance. We do not accept walk-in returns at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are only issued after item inspection.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
