  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Special orders and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective products within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

4. Defective Items

  • If an item is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for the same model.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty applies, but transportation expenses are not covered.

5. Size & Fit Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that purchased items fit their intended space.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product does not fit.

6. Inspection Before Acceptance

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their goods before accepting them.
  • Once signed for in good condition, no claims will be accepted except under the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Re-Delivery & Storage Fees

  • If a customer is not available at the scheduled delivery time, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Special order items not picked up within 10 days will incur a storage fee of $20.00 per day.

8. Return Shipping Costs
