Terms & Conditions – Nova Furniture Mall

Thank you for shopping with Nova Furniture Mall. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or engaging in any services. By placing an order or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made toward purchases are strictly non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total sale amount will be charged.

3. Pick-Up Damages

We are not liable for any damage that may occur during customer-arranged pick-ups.

4. Supply Shortages

Nova Furniture Mall reserves the right to delay orders in the event of supply chain disruptions or shortages.

5. Returns Policy

No merchandise may be returned without written consent from Nova Furniture Mall.

6. Ownership of Merchandise

Ownership of all merchandise remains with Nova Furniture Mall until payment has been made in full.

7. Layaway & Special Orders

  • Goods on layaway require a minimum of 21 days’ notice prior to pick-up or delivery.
  • Special orders must be picked up or delivered immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 per day storage fee after a 10-day grace period.

8. Delivery Damage Liability

Nova Furniture Mall is not responsible for any damage to private property during the delivery process.

9. Inspection Responsibility

All goods must be thoroughly inspected by the purchaser upon pick-up or delivery.

No claims will be accepted after the goods are signed for in good condition, except where covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

10. Re-Delivery Charges

If the purchaser is not present or the proper C.O.D. payment is not available at the scheduled delivery time, re-delivery charges will apply.

11. Order Cancellation Due to Unavailability

Nova Furniture Mall reserves the right to cancel any order for goods that are no longer available or discontinued.

12. Delivery Limitations

Our delivery team is not responsible for carrying items into houses, basements, or apartments. Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged.

13. Size & Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture fits through entryways and into designated spaces.

No exchanges or refunds will be provided if goods do not fit.

14. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if the product is defective and within 7 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

15. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Any warranty claims fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. Transportation expenses are not covered by the manufacturer or by Nova Furniture Mall.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies – for promotions it can be biweekly or monthly, for order tracking it can be twice or thrice until the order is fulfilled.
