At Nova Furniture Mall, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a return policy that’s clear, fair, and customer-focused.

✅ Eligible Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging is intact.
  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The item is not a clearance, final sale, or customized order.

Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used, assembled, or altered items
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Mattresses and bedding unless unopened and in original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items without original packaging or with missing parts

💸 Return Process

  1. Request a return by emailing contact@novafurnituremall.com within 7 days.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll review the request and provide return instructions if it is eligible.
  4. If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus any applicable restocking or return-shipping fees.

📦 Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned furniture depending on the item and condition.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange pickup at no extra cost to you.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging and issue. We’ll work to resolve it with a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

🛋️ Exchange Policy

Eligible returns may also be resolved with store credit so you can choose another item.

🧾 Important Notes

  • Returns must be authorized in advance. We do not accept unapproved walk-in returns.
  • Refunds are issued only after item inspection.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
