Nova Furniture Mall offers delivery options based on the product and destination. Available services and final delivery charges are shown at checkout when the address is eligible.
Nova Scotia Furniture Delivery
For eligible Nova Scotia furniture orders, current delivery services may include:
- Front door delivery: CAD $50
- Inside-house delivery: CAD $90
- Room-of-choice delivery: CAD $150
Typical delivery timing for these services is 1–3 weeks. Custom-order timing can vary by product availability.
Mattress Delivery
Eligible mattress orders may have a separate front-door delivery option, currently CAD $45, with typical delivery timing of 1–3 days.
Wall Panels
Wall panels can be delivered or shipped beyond Nova Scotia. Shipping is extra and the final charge depends on destination, quantity and order size. Contact us for a quote when a shipping option is not available directly at checkout.
Outside the Available Checkout Area
If your address does not show a delivery option at checkout, contact Nova Furniture Mall before placing the order so we can confirm whether delivery or shipping can be arranged and provide the applicable charge.
Delivery Conditions
- Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit through entrances, hallways, stairways and into the intended room.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.
- Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required because no one is available to receive the order.
- Please inspect the order at delivery and report damage or an incorrect item as soon as possible.
